Meet the Team:

Justin Sightler

General Manager

Justin is a 2006 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Landscape Horticulture. In 2016, Justin launched Jubilee Decor. Justin works in sales and business development.

Justin and his wife Sarah have three children, Emma,

Callie and Anderson. He enjoys spending time with his

family, playing golf, and fishing in his time at home.

Blakely Taylor

Sales

Blakely has a degree from Auburn University in Business & Marketing. 

Her background in community relations and marketing began at Red Diamond Coffee & Tea in Birmingham, AL. She joined the staff at Jubilee in 2017. 

Blakely and her husband Riley have four children, Hill, Bo, Frances & Margot.  

Blakely is an artist and enjoys painting in her spare time.

Grant Holley

Sales

Grant joined the Jubilee team in June of 2021. He is currently pursuing a degree from The University of Alabama in Business & Marketing.

Grant enjoys family, fitness, football, and fireworks. He adds much to the team with his youth and enthusiasm, and is thrilled to be known as "Mr. Holley Jolly."

Dana Kennedy

Sales

Dana has a degree from Auburn University and joined the team in March of 2023. She has 6 years of sales experience in the Christmas industry previously selling indoor Christmas decor. She enjoys meeting new people, staying in shape, and all things Auburn. Dana is married to Daks and has two boys at Auburn University and a senior daughter who will join them next year. War Eagle!

Anabell Bryant

Marketing

Anabell joined the Jubilee team in June of 2023. She graduated from LBW Community College in 2021, and Troy University in 2023 with a degree in Communications and Art. She has worked as a marketing and communications director for LBW, become the spokesperson for multiple community events, and has commissioned freelance logo designs for businesses in her hometown.

Anabell enjoys creating art, singing, and spending time with her family.

Taylor McGhee

Office Management

Taylor joined the Jubilee team in August of 2023. She graduated from LBW Community College in 2019 and Auburn University in 2022. She enjoys being an aunt to her sister's children. She was elated to come back to her home town and become a new manager for Jubilee Decor!

Parker Kelley

Accounting

Parker joined the Jubilee team in August of 2023. He graduated from Auburn University in 2023 with a degree in accounting.

Parker enjoys playing golf, and he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and he is happy to be the newest addition to the Jubilee Decor team!

We Make the Process Simple

We want to walk with you from beginning to end to make upgrading your town or business experience as simple as possible

Brainstorm

During our initial meeting, we will meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas and expectations. In addition, we will photograph the space to ensure you receive the best decor possible to compliment your project site.

Presentation

At our follow-up meeting, we will present several design options and price points for you to review and allow you to choose the one that best suits your needs. We will answer any questions you might have and make any changes that you request. Once a design is selected and a deposit made, we will begin creating your products and prep them for delivery.

Production

Once we have received your order and deposit, we'll begin producing your order for delivery and set a deadline date to ensure that your order will arrive when you need it. As soon as your order is ready, we'll arrange for delivery and send it on its way!

Delivery

We work with Ground, LTL, and Direct Carriers to get your products delivered to you in the most cost effective manner. You can also make your own arrangements for delivery.

Installation

We are proud to offer optional on-site installation. In addition, when you receive your order we will help and support your installation crew through the use of installation videos, phone calls, and email. Jubilee Decor is happy to help you along the way make sure the project is a success.
